Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:

Work in the Automation Engineering team, working with a team of automation engineers provide Health and Safety support for the team by identifying and evaluating hazardous conditions during task performance and development of hazard control designs and methods, incident investigation, document and training safety requirements within the semiconductor line. Develop hazard control designs, methods, procedures, and programs. Advise and educate the team regarding health and safety protocols developed for the team. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of hazard control elements. Evaluate task performance to ensure compliance with site and regulatory requirements. Document and track results to support safety program elements. Conduct incident investigations, identify root cause, determine corrective actions, and support implementation. Conduct employee training for education on site safety requirements.  (Multiple Openings)

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 36 months in Job offered or in a related occupation.

Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
 1. Defect monitoring, characterization, and root cause analysis;
 2. Reviewing equipment designs;
 3. Safety in Construction;
 4. Project Management; and
 5. Cost management and Cost reduction.
