Inventory Management Lead

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Serves customers and internal teams as primary contact, and source of information on inventory and inventory data requests.
- Ensure the accurate set-up of the inventory system from receipt into fulfilment.
- Monitor and reconcile discrepancies, and variations.
- Generate reports for the customer and for internal departments and distribute accordingly.
- Work closely with our customers on inventory specifications
- Monitor and respond to internal task requests relating to data & inventory.
- Work with the EOS Data Analytics team to ensure data integrity & accuracy on the service.
- Accountability for accurate & timely dashboard reporting.
- Problem-solving skills, looking at data discrepancies and resolving the issue.
- Process internal asset changes & new build asset information on the client system.
- Participate in implementation meetings for new technologies and services.
- Develop & refresh inventory control operating procedures and train all staff accordingly.
- Manage & maintain all RFID Equipment, ensuring any defects are reported accordingly.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Must possess a strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to deal with various levels of personnel at the customer site.
- Must be customer focused to deliver excellent customer service including maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Must possess the experience to develop & enhance the use of hand held scanners and learn to enter data in various systems as necessary.
- Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.
- Must possess strong analytical skills to reconcile various reports to ensure customer requirement are met, and to capture, present and explain job or site-specific performance metrics.
- Experience in using Tableau strongly desired.
- Must be proficient with a computer and the Microsoft Office suite of software.
