With a long-standing tradition, and a growing international presence, we are seeking dedicated individuals to help us achieve our long-term vision.</p><p> <br/></p><h3>Can you say ‘yes’?</h3><ul> <li>Is respectful and appreciative interaction within the team a given for you?</li> <li>Do you always put the customer at the center of your actions?</li> <li>Do you consider the future and upcoming generations in your actions?</li> <li>Do you strive for personal and professional growth?</li> </ul><p></p><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul> <li>Lead and support the implementation of the Observability roadmap across different technology stacks and domains.</li> <li> Represent Observability cross-team, advocating for its placement as a cross-functional capability beyond traditional IT silos Support in the establishment of a global, end-to-end monitoring infrastructure relying on SNMP, Infrastructure agents, Synthetic checks and more.</li> <li> Centralize Observability and monitoring tools into one leading platform Spearhead enablement initiatives and PoCs for additional automation, and SRE practices in traditionally operations-driven environments.</li> <li> Manage and support the development of REST API integrations facilitating communication between systems and our observability platform.</li> <li> Support in the establishment of an Infrastructure as Code platform based on Kubernetes, Ansible and Terraform Write and maintain code and scripts to support tasks and enhance team efficiency.</li> <li> Assist platform owners in translating operational needs into observability outcomes like end-to-end monitoring, SLI/SLO definition and more.</li> <li> Maintain system documentation and standards Govern access, licensing, user onboarding/offboarding, and usage for the Observability platform</li> </ul><p><br/></p><h3>Who you are</h3><ul> <li>A hands-on leader with deep technical and strategic understanding of observability, monitoring platforms, and modern IT operations </li> <li>You possess a good understanding of the IT stack and how its components work together (Windows, Linux, Microservices, Cloud…)</li> <li> You are proficient in scripting, preferably Python or Powershell, with additional knowledge languages as a plus You have experience or are interested in, Observability and application performance monitoring </li> <li>You are interested in driving a cloud and SRE transformation supported by Observability (New Relic, DataDog, Splunk, …) and monitoring tools (PRTG, Nagios, CheckMK, …) at its core</li> <li> You have experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux), containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) and Configuration Management platforms (Ansible,…) • You possess general understanding of IT technology with industry best practices, and are knowledgeable about Service Management (ITIL) Experience with SQL and version control systems (Git) is beneficial to your role.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><h3>What we offer you</h3><p>We all shape our lives individually.
