Job descriptionWe’re excited to welcome a Junior Project Manager who will play an important role in managing our clients professionally through complex global employee listening programs – either as support in bigger projects or leading smaller projects. In this position, you will be part of our EMEA KF Listen Delivery team and work primarily with European clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading smaller, international projects, throughout the whole project lifecycle from kick-off to project closure ensuring that scope, timing, resources and client expectations are managed – classic overall project management.
- Responsible for supporting other Lead Project Managers in bigger and more complex projects by high quality handling and delivery of specific work packages.
- Coordinating and collaborating with EMEA client and Korn Ferry team members and other stakeholders; sharing issues, mitigating risks, communicating regularly, leading meetings, preparing presentations.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous project management experience of any kind
- Strong organizational and analytical skills combined with a professional, credible and confident style
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable individual with a strong customer service ethic; passionate about working in an international and culturally diverse context and team
Education:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and French
- further languages are a plus (ideally German or Spanish)
- Considered a real plus: Proficiency with SPSS/SAS and Project Management certification such as PRINCE 2 or PMI/PMP
