Job Title: Outpatient Therapy Marketer

Location: Tri County travel (Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 plus bonus potential

Job Summary:

MIND & MOBILITY is seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented Outpatient Therapy Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships to drive patient admissions for our Outpatient therapy services and in-home outpatient therapy (Part B) services. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote MIND & MOBILITY’s outpatient and in home therapy services to physicians, senior communities, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
• Identify and cultivate new referral sources while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Clearly communicate the benefits and eligibility criteria of Medicare Part B therapy services.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth referral and intake process.
• Conduct regular visits to referral sources, attend local events, and participate in networking opportunities.
• Monitor referral trends, report progress, and adjust strategies to meet territory goals.
• Educate referral partners on differentiating outpatient therapy from home health services.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in outpatient therapy, home health, hospice, or senior services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Medicare Part B and outpatient therapy services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/referral goals.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
