Purpose of position:   

Responsible for translating concepts provided by client into captivating visual designs that align with our brand identity, engage our target audience, and elevate the overall aesthetic of our products or campaigns. This role requires a combination of artistic talent, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. There will be a 60-40 split with Producer and Photographer duties respectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and conceptualizing the visual direction of a photo project or campaign by collaborating with designers, illustrators, photographers, marketing, web content, and other creative professionals to execute the photo elements. 
• Working with the photo team to ensure the artistic vision aligns with the guidelines of the brand or project objectives.
• Develop timelines, track product, coordinate location logistics, and develop creative decks that align with campaign strategy.
• Providing creative direction and guidance to the creative team based on project demands. 
• Scheduling models via third party agency, employees on payroll, or locally contracted models. 
• On set producing during shoots to make sure the artistic vision is being executed and team is on task. 
• Creating a call sheet containing shoot schedule, shot list, project details, and contact information to distribute to the team.
• Photograph, color correct, name files, mask, and layout images according to company standards
• Manipulate imagery by stamping, warping, blending, or altering images to create a visually pleasing image.
• Maintain a professional standard for all product images and check work for consistency and quality
• Assist photo/video team in the studio and/or on location as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Producer role preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CC.
• Proficiency with Capture One.
• Proficiency with Canon DSLR cameras and photo equipment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Proven experience with color correction, layer masking, pen tooling, warping, and image manipulation
• Ability to work with Mac OS X 10.14 or later.
• Possess the knowledge of image formats and compression for web and print.
• Communicate clearly and professionally during conversations.
