Description
As an Associate Director of Implementation, you will leverage Granular's precision risk solution to provide self-funded employers with more predictable benefit plan protection. You are a builder, able to plan strategically for the benefit of the business and you thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to employees to allow team development that inspires positive results.
- Oversee all client, partner, and broker implementation processes, ensuring Granular is able to fulfill all obligations.
- Support and manage key operations processes and direct implementation of such processes within the company or with external partners and clients.
- Work effectively between technical and non-technical teams. Create and maintain effective process documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the leadership and implementation of operational processes/business requirements and other major company initiatives as may be required. Identify process gaps and design and implement solutions to improve processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in insurance operations with a focus in implementation, insurance operations, or equivalent functions.
- Undergraduate degree required (applicable combination of education and experience may be considered).
- Demonstrated understanding of the health insurance operational and administrative flow.
- Must possess strong process skills and ability to interact with brokers/consultants/partners, clients and prospects in a professional and credible manner, along with excellent project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving, startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for varying levels of audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $140,400 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
