OVERVIEW

The Merchandising Retail Systems Coordinator will meticulously drive data integrity.  By managing all Style data entry into our PLM system, including new style setup, style adds, drops and updates, this role will ensure accuracy in reporting as well as communication updates to all cross-functional partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Team player in developing new processes and identify technologies to effectively manage our PLM system
• Recognizing opportunity and strong follow up on issue resolution
• Advocate as a liaison with Planning, PD, Omni and Marketing on behalf of the business as it relates to supporting product creation
• Cleanse, optimize and audit existing data to increase efficiency
• Entering Data into Product Line Management systems in effort to produce reports in Excel
• Ensure accuracy
• Creating shells in PLM for new and carry over styles
• Style Descriptions
• Retail launch date & delivery
  • Bulk enter after merch/omni
  • Updates made weekly based on sliding inventory and calendar adjustments

QUALIFICATION

• Proactive, Can Do, positive attitude
• Strong Data entry experience
• Excellent eye for detail
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Confident working with high volumes of data
• Strong, clear and concise communication skills
• PC/Mac and Excel literate
• Advanced Excel skills (V lookup & pivot tables)

The Base Salary Range for this position is $65,000 - $68,000.00 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
