Your Tasks - What You can expect as Head of Application Technology?

 

• You ensure development and implementation of customer technology applications, solutions and services to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve defined business objectives.
• You cooperate with our teams in technology and analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs.
• You conduct continuous market and competitor observations from the technology point of view to ensure the development of competitive applications, services and solutions.
• You manage projects to provide defined technology solutions, applications and services according to agreed timelines, budgets and standards.
• You resolve technology related customer claims to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
• You support and lead specific improvement projects aimed to optimize the ink formulations in coordination with group guidelines. 
• You lead your team to improve performance and continuously develop professional expertise.

 

Your Profile - What do You bring as Head of Application Technology?

 

• You have an university degree, e.g.  in chemistry or another science degree.
• You have several years of comprehensive and international experience in defined ink technology environment like R&D or application service.
• You are an experienced leader but also team player, who is dynamic, goal oriented and highly flexible.
• You are open to travel at least 50% within Italy.
• You have excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
