Director, IT ERP

Quanterix is a company that is digitizing biomarker analysis with the goal of advancing the science of precision health. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director, IT ERP to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between IT and Quanterix functional departments, focusing on the maintenance of our legacy ERP system while spearheading a transformative ERP journey over the next three years, while reporting into the VP, IT Business Partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day administration of our software tools, assisting in translating business processes into technical workflows, and identifying new initiatives and applications to enhance service delivery across the company
• Lead our ERP team, overseeing configuration, development, and support functions
• Lead and plan for the transition to our next-generation ERP solution, which will entail a hybrid approach integrating core ERP capabilities with adjacent supporting functions
• Collaborate closely with our global functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment across critical platforms such as Salesforce, LIMS, QMS, PLM, and customer-facing portals to enhance both internal and external experiences

What We’ll Expect From You: 

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience maintaining and developing in a major ERP system (SAP, Oracle)
• Functional and technical expertise in a manufacturing and operational excellence
• Manage relationships with our hosting and strategic service providers
• Experience with leading an implementation of a major ERP
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Professional demeanor, enthusiasm, and dependability are key attributes
• Solid analytical and critical thinking capabilities and the motivation to work independently while fostering cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development is highly encouraged
• No prior experience in our legacy ERP (Infor – Syteline) required
