The Opportunity at Komodo Health:
This role makes an impact by supporting revenue generation, financial stability, and customer satisfaction within the company. This role will lead, supervise and coach global teams responsible for order management, billing operations, collections, reporting, ERP systems, and revenue accounting. Partner with the Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Deal Desk to provide process improvements, implement best practices to scale the order-to-order process. This role will also ensure the preparation and maintenance of accounting records, monthly accounting close activities and accounting variance analyses occur promptly and are in compliance with accounting policies and external reporting requirements. They will be accountable for all order to cash activities and unsure they adhere to sales tax, regulatory and compliance standards.

- Drive scalability and streamline processes across the entire revenue operations function through automation, documentation, and standardization
- Analyze booking, billing, and collection data, generate insightful reports, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize performance across the organization
- Spearhead collection forecasting efforts by leveraging historical data and pipeline
- Oversee and administer revenue-related accounting systems and tools, ensuring impeccable data integrity, seamless implementation and integration, and providing expert training on system functionalities and best practices
- Manage the revenue operations - related activities within quarterly and annual audits effectively

- Improve the existing cash forecasting process
- Standardize weekly, monthly AR management reporting
- Create reporting from operations covering go-live dates for SaaS platforms, delivery of reports and other ancillary products
- Project manage implementation of Open Air, Klarity
- Merger of three AR subledgers
- Other, as required
What You Bring to Komodo:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, especially revenue recognition accounting standards
- Proven experience in a managerial role in accounting
- Experience working in NetSuite and Salesforce/SFDC
- Ability to manage a large team across multiple locations
- Expertise with using Excel to handle large datasets
- CPA or work experience with a public accounting firm preferred

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of pay across all U.S. locations and may span more than one career level. We carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.
The US national starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.$175,000—$225,000 USDWhere You’ll Work
