As a Senior Manager of Portfolio Management, you support the company's product portfolio in North America by managing product launches, product updates, and end-of-life processes, while also coordinating planning processes and ad-hoc strategic projects that maximize the value of the portfolio. This role involves ensuring cross-functional alignment and supporting the product lifecycle from a commercial perspective. The position requires an understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, commercial levers, and financial imperatives to contribute to the portfolio's growth and profitability.   This role ensures that the company's product portfolio is positioned for growth and competitive advantage, aligning functions to support the company's vision and business success.   This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.

What You’ll Do

• Product Launch Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and readiness across Marketing, Sales, and Market Access teams. 
• End-of-Life Management: Manage the phase-out process for end-of-life products, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the portfolio. 
• Tactical Planning: Support the development and implementation of tactical plans to achieve strategic goals. Ensure that tactical plans enhance portfolio performance and drive growth. Monitor and analyze the impact of tactical initiatives on portfolio performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes. 
• Ad-Hoc Portfolio Projects: Lead and manage unique, high-impact projects that arise outside of regular duties, ensuring timely and effective execution.
