Responsibilities

Responsible for the design and participate in the implementation of the business process automation solutions including the solution architecture, proof of concept, technology standards, and oversight during the technical development process. Prepare and maintain detailed architecture artifacts associated with the business process automation solution.  Tenaciously collaborate across, and communicating with, numerous stakeholders and technical resources while serving as the primary decision maker for all technical decisions. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the solution design and architecture roadmap related to the implementation and ongoing support of the business process automation initiatives including technology selection, build-out/configuration, and governance.  Manage the creation repeatable design patterns and enterprise frameworks to help in the implementation and adoption of business process automations.  Performs oversight and governance of solution implementation to ensure alignment with solution design.  Partner with “BusEx” team to help document, review, and challenge current business processes looking for efficiency and automation potential. Utilize technology expertise to propose solutions that align with enterprise architecture, repeatable design patterns, and industry best practices. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels of leadership without direct authority.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline and 7 years of experience performing Business Process Automation and Business Process Re-Engineering using intelligent automation (RPA), business rules, machine learning and AI; experience must include 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect and Knowledge of and COTS, SaaS, and Infrastructure products.
