About the role

About VIP Medical Group

VIP Medical Group is a premier medical organization of two distinct brands: Vein Treatment Clinic and Pain Treatment Specialists. Each of our brands focuses on providing specialized, minimally invasive procedures to help our patients regain control of their lives.

One of the core principles at VIP Medical Group is our commitment to offering minimally invasive treatments. We believe that effective medical care should not come with the burden of extensive recovery times or significant discomfort. This philosophy drives our approach to both vein treatments and pain treatments, where we use state-of-the-art techniques to ensure the best possible outcomes with minimal disruption to your life.

Role & Summary of Responsibilities

Keys to success: We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating patient-ready clinics from day one. In this role, you will act as a calm, service-oriented anchor, effortlessly coordinating multiple stakeholders including physicians, executive leadership, vendors, and landlords while anticipating team needs before they are even communicated. You are highly accountable, naturally curious, and driven to build scalable systems and processes that support our organizational growth. Comfortable making independent decisions, you know exactly when to escalate an issue and are always looking for ways to improve processes. If you are a resilient multi-tasker who takes true ownership of your work to deliver an exceptional experience for patients, providers, and staff alike, we want you on our team.

  • Ensure every clinic is fully operational prior to opening, including technology, equipment, furnishings, supplies, patient materials, branding, and overall patient readiness.
