The Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer is highly experienced in the architecture design, maintenance and optimization of a cloud-based Office 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Multi-factor authentication and Endpoint Management, and will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of our Office 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture design and implementation of:
  • Active Directory structure that supports automated account creation and application license provisioning
  • Microsoft multi-factor authentication scheme to supplant OKTA
  • Zero-touch provisioning of laptops, Microsoft and Mac
• Design, implement and maintain the Office 365 environment
• Develop training curriculum and support documentation to promote adoption of MS tools company wide
• Perform administration tasks such as managing users, groups, and permissions
• Maintain and optimize Exchange Online, including managing mail flow, connectors, and policies
• Manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) across the Office 365 environment
• Manage Active Directory synchronization and Azure AD Connect
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Office 365 environment
• Manage and maintain security and compliance in the Office 365 environment
• Stay current with the latest features and updates in Office 365 and implement them accordingly
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate Office 365 with other systems and applications
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues
• Manage endpoint devices and security policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Microsoft Office 365 Engineer
• Extensive experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Multi-factor authentication
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration
• Experience with Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, and Azure AD Conditional Access
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions
• Understanding of DNS, SMTP, and other related protocols
• Experience with all features of the 365 suite especially SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
• Experience leading AD, Exchange and/or MFA migrations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on customer-centric service
• Experience with Endpoint Management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)
• Microsoft Certification: Office 365

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or equivalent
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices

We assess your specific job family, level, relevant skills, experience, location and other special trainings, experiences, or accomplishments you bring to the position. Pay decisions are also guided by our financial means as well as analyzed against what others earn internally. We strive to pay competitively and offer market differentiated benefits and perquisites in line with our compensation philosophy. Telesign’s good faith estimate for this position is $101,800 - $188,500 + bonus + benefits. This range is a reflection of many similar like positions and your actual compensation may not be at the high or low end of the range but will be based on your unique skills and other criteria mentioned.
