The Job:  

As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer – Injection Molding, you’ll be part of our Global Operations Transformation team working as a remote employee.    You’ll get to:  

• Execute detailed plans, ensuring safe and efficient cessation of production activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure equipment, materials, and tooling.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent asset loss or damage.
• Document procedures and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Lead ramp up activities by establishing resource requirements and processing programs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues during ramp up phases to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
• Verify readiness of molds, tooling, and equipment prior to production restart.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transition to full production.
• Provide expert guidance on mold and tooling selection, maintenance, and optimization.
• Advise on corrective actions for mold/tooling defects and process inefficiencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or other related functions.
• 7+ years experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically injection molding  
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically a month required

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
