Overview
Our Area/Regional Nurse Manager, RN will assist the Oregon District Director of Operations with clinical oversight of our 10 Assisted Living/Memory Care communities.This is an excellent opportunity for a current DON with AL experience to grow into a regional role!
-Assisted Living knowledge is required for his position.
-Our communities are located in: Salem, Tualatin, McMinnville, Newberg, Wilsonville, Kaiser, Bend, Redmond and Vancouver WA. --Some overnight travel may be needed based on location.
-Help with mock audits in preparation for upcoming state survey; training and onboarding nurse new hires and covering for vacant DON positions until a replacement is hired/trained. Be the subject expert for the district.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
Supports the District Director of Clinical Services (DDCS) in managing the healthcare operations of the communities in an assigned district. Helps ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as Brookdale standards. Travels within the district as assigned to support management vacancy, training, auditing and any other area identified to ensure clinical excellence and meet state requirements.
