DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The Basics:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong operational knowledge in an industrial environment
- At least two years of experience of Steel Pickling (HCl acid)
- Understand all aspects of the function of HMI Screens (How to troubleshoot Mill operation sequencing
- Must be certified or have the ability to certify in crane operations
The Extras:
- Shot blasting and furnace experience preferred
- Experience with HCl acid preferred

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Training and providing leadership and guidance to Pickling Operators
- Working with shot blasting unit
- Adding and removing coils at entry and exit
- Troubleshooting defects at the inspection line
- Working with acid regeneration plant to ensure adequate levels of acid

- Ensure working knowledge of competencies as defined in ISO 14001 (current version), IATF 16949 (current version), and ISO 17025 (current version)
YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Industrial setting in the Annealing and Pickling Line (NOES plant)
- Gulf coast region in Calvert, AL
- May work in currently operating mill until NOES Commissioning
