Job Duties

This position will supervise Food Service Workers (residents) assigned to the preparation, service, and accuracy of all meals. This individual may share opening and closing operations supervision to closely monitor food quality, quality of service delivery, safety, and sanitation in a 7-day a week, 16 hour a day operation. Position will supervise customer satisfaction and take an active role in both the identification and correction of departmental improvement plans. This position may assist in providing coverage and support for operations in the kitchen, as needed. Position will be considered essential to operations and will be required to perform any/all duties as listed in EWP during emergency situations.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license.

Additional Considerations

. Experience in a Food Service setting. Safe Serve Certified preferred; ability to become Safe Serve certified within a year of employment will be considered. Experience in a forensic mental health or comparable setting preferred. Experience working with Sex Offenders preferred.
