We are looking for a FP&A Specialist<strong> </strong>to act as the financial engine driving our Planning & Controlling function. In this role, you won’t just track the numbers, you will orchestrate the financial narratives, analyze sophisticated unit economics, and act as a critical sparring partner to senior leadership.</p> <h4>Your Role</h4> <ul> <li>Proactively drive the annual Budget and multi-year Business Plan cycles, ensuring alignment across functions and constructively challenging assumptions.</li> <li>Elevate the quality and impact of monthly performance packs and executive-ready reporting. You will translate complex data into clear, strategic insights for the CFO, CEO, and Management Board.</li> <li>Build, maintain, and scale integrated financial models spanning P&L, Balance Sheet, and capital dynamics, performing scenario analyses against regulatory constraints like CET1 and leverage ratios.</li> <li>Dive deep into contribution margins, transaction processing, vendor spend, and cost-to-serve metrics to optimize gross margin performance across our BaaS model.</li> <li>Act as a trusted financial sparring partner to functional leads (Tech, Commercial, Operations, Risk), providing financial guidance on strategic initiatives, pricing, and partner onboarding.</li> <li>Ensure the accuracy of cost allocations and contribute to the continuous design of audit-ready financial processes within a regulated environment (BaFin/SRB expectations).</li> </ul> <h4>We'd love to see </h4> <p>Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range.
