Dermatology Medical Assistant

We are the fastest growing Dermatology practice in the North East with 50+ locations thus far, throughout 4 New York City boroughs, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. We are searching for a friendly, driven, hard-working medical assistant for one of our Manhattan locations. This vacancy does require weekend flexibility and must be able to work between the hours of 09:00 am to 7:00 pm (start/end time may change depending on site).

Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred but not required)

Scribing (preferred not required)

Great customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent computer skills

Detail-oriented

Able to multi-task is different pace environments

Team player 

Evening and Weekend availability (required)

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based upon experience

Dermatology Medical Receptionist

A fast-growing Dermatology practice with multiple locations throughout New York City, Delaware, and Pennsylvania is searching for a friendly, driven, hard-working Receptionist.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who would like to begin their career in the medical industry and is passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate has 1+ years experience as a medical receptionist and strong communication and leadership skills. The open job position requires you to have full time availability and some weekend availability.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Excellent computer skills

Detail-oriented and comfortable multi-tasking

Bilingual in English and Spanish 

Full time & some weekend availability

Dermatology experience preferred

eClinicalWorks experience preferred
