Portfolio Management Senior Analyst

<p>The Portfolio Management Senior Analyst is responsible for end-to-end analysis across all recovery strategies and monitoring of portfolios performance.</p><p><strong>Main Accountabilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Conducts in-depth analyses to assess and evaluate portfolio performance thoroughly</li> <li>Designs, develops and oversees business reports for both management and portfolio committees</li> <li>Actively participates in the preparation of the Business Plan </li> <li>Utilizes Portfolio management tools to effectively operationalize the required strategies</li> <li>Monitors the performance of the Portfolio’s Operating Model Performance, meticulously examining any deviations </li> <li>Identifies trends, strengths or weaknesses in the performance and actively contributes to the design of appropriate corrective measures</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education, Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or any other Business-related studies</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in credit and portfolio analysis in financial services</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek</li> <li>Computer Literacy, excellent use of Microsoft Office applications and at least one of the following softwares: SQL,SPSS, Access</li> <li>Sound knowledge of BI tools</li> <li>Knowledge of remedial management of Non-Performing Loans will be considered as an asset</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Competencies</strong></p><ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels</li> <li>Analytical thinking and critical ability with a problem-solving attitude</li> <li>Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work</li> <li>Organizing skills with a pro-active attitude</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><p> </p><p></p>
