This role serves as a key representative for Serenity Mental Health Centers fostering relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers to promote the organization's services and enhance patient referrals. This role requires a combination of marketing, sales, and healthcare knowledge to effectively communicate the value of the organization to external partners. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and medical staff. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for physician practices and healthcare providers within the designated territory. 

  • Identify and target new referral sources to increase patient referrals. 

  • Conduct regular visits to physician offices, hospitals, and clinics to promote services and programs offered by the organization. 

  • Provide education and information to physicians and their staff about the organization’s services, specialties, and procedures. 

  • Develop and deliver presentations, materials, and brochures to effectively communicate service offerings. 

  • Leverage internal dashboards and data to create valuable insights while executing on new strategies to drive incremental growth. 

Key Qualifications 

  • A minimum of 2 years in a medical sales role as a physician liaison, pharma rep, or medical devices specifically in the market in which you are applying is required. 

  • Previous relationships with primary care physicians (PCPs) and other referral sources in the market is required. 

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships. 

  • Strong understanding of healthcare services and medical terminology 

  • Proficiency in various CRM and route planning tools 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

*This position is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check upon hire.

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act this position has a salary of 75,000 annually.
