Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company has an opening for Senior Manager, Analytics and Visualization in Atlanta, GA. The position will enable our partners to make decision with connected data solutions and establish metrics that drive business outcomes. The role will design, build, and maintain datacentric solutions that provide actionable business insights and deepen analytic capabilities to support NAOU (North America Operating Unit). The position will partner with our Insights & Solutions teams and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements gathering, application development, definition, design, and maintenance. The role will be responsible for taking requirements, analyzing business processes, and developing applications. Further, the position will perform the following: partner across the team to understand business requirements, decision architecture use cases, current challenges, business questions, processes, and related data; work with Insights & Solutions team to understand business data and related processes; understand the data required to build analytical foundations like data aggregators, metrics, and cubes; assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements; build robust, reusable, shareable data containers; design and build interactive visualizations with multi-dimensional data sets; build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into key metrics; implement rules & automate data cleansing, mapping, transformation, logging, and exception handling; establish and document standards, guidelines, and best practices for teams utilizing the solutions; and own maintenance of BI application, answer support ticket related requests, provide user access.

Education:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Quantitative Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Foreign educational equivalent of required degree will be accepted plus 4 years of experience in job offered or related position.

Experience:

Experience must include 4 years of data engineering experience in analytics solution development; 2 years of development experience in ETL, ELT, SQL, Power BI and Tableau; 2 years of experience in MS SQL writing complex, highly optimized queries across large volumes of data, database design, data warehouse design, query performance tuning, and administration and security; 2 years of experience in Cloud technologies, including pipelines, storage and compute; 2 years of experience in working in Agile Scrum teams; 2 years of experience with data models, data harmonization, and master and reference data; 2 years of experience in SSAS module in designing and building DW, tabular, and multidimensional cubes; 2 years of experience creating T-SQL Packages, including stored procedures, Functions, and Triggers and Views; 2 years of experience in exception handling for retrieving, manipulating, checking, and migrating complex data sets.

$122,450 - $157,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
