Senior Business Analyst

We are a growing team of business experts in finance, accounting, data, and technology ready to “WOW” the world with our expertise, passion, and pride to be GREEN.</p> <p>We act on our values of Passion for consumers &amp; customers, Courage to dream &amp; pioneer, Care for people &amp; planet, and Enjoyment of life, always focused on being ourselves: inclusive, diverse, and open for new challenges.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Business Analyst role is primarily focused on the deployment of Global Solutions as common platforms in the Operating Companies (OpCo). </p> <p>The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Global Solutions in Operating Companies in scope, as a Subject Matter Expert. </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Your responsibilities would include:</b></p> <ul> <li>supporting the deployment of Global Solutions across Operating Companies (OpCos) as a Subject Matter Expert</li> <li>acting as a key partner in implementing standard finance processes aligned with HEINEKEN’s global strategy</li> <li>collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into system requirements</li> <li>providing guidance on process design, documentation, and SOP preparation in PtP, OtC, RtR, or BPM areas</li> <li>contributing to testing, training, and change management activities to ensure successful solution adoption</li> <li>analyzing system issues and ensuring timely resolution with technical teams</li> <li>participating in or leading process improvement and standardization projects across the finance function</li> <li>leveraging ERP systems and finance tools to optimize end-to-end financial processes</li> <li>delivering clear and concise presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>You are a good candidate if you have:</b></p> <ul> <li>a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li> <li>3–6 years of experience in finance/accounting within a SSC/BPO environment (depending on seniority level)</li> <li>proven expertise in at least one core finance process area (PtP, OtC, RtR, or BPM)</li> <li>hands-on experience working with ERP systems and finance tools</li> <li>a strong analytical mindset, with solid project management and process optimization skills</li> <li>excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across functions</li> <li>the ability to connect business strategy with operational execution</li> <li>knowledge of HEINEKEN finance processes, tools, and the OpCo environment (a plus)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Nice to have:</b></p> <ul> <li>experience in Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) environments</li> <li>exposure to project management methodologies (P3M, PMP, Prince2, Agile)</li> <li>hands-on involvement in finance transformation or standardization initiatives</li> <li>experience delivering training sessions or user support during implementations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
