As an AI Business Analyst at Maids.cc, you will use AI and data to improve our services and make operations more efficient.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect and analyze data to build reports for different modules.

· Use AI tools, LLMs, and automation to create new chatbots and improve existing ones.

· Analyze customer behavior and track KPIs to spot trends. Use analytics tools like Mixpanel and Tableau to improve workflows, chatbots, and UIs.

· Develop chatbots, applications, wireframes, workflows, and features to attract new clients, engage employees, and increase retention.

· Work with developers to create and integrate AI solutions into our ERP system.

· Pursuing a degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, finance, economics, or any field related to quantitative analytics.

· Enthusiastic about data analysis, statistical methods, quantitative strategies, and building new software products and modules.

· Hands-on experience in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and identifying complex data patterns.
