We are expanding rapidly throughout Europe and are looking for an experienced Senior Communication Manager.</p> <p dir="ltr"><br/></p> <p dir="ltr">As a Senior Communication Manager you will be joining our experienced Marketing team. Our Marketing team is responsible for managing the Fixico brand, mapping out and executing strategies, lead generation, partner engagement and product marketing strategies.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong><br/></strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues from the marketing team as well as colleagues from other teams and you will report directly to the Head of Marketing.</p> <p dir="ltr">As an ambitious tech scale-up that’s redefining the traditional repair industry across Europe, we need to gain credibility amongst established players that will benefit from working with our platform, where we connect demand and supply in the most efficient and transparent way. On the demand side we work with corporate fleets, rental, lease and insurance companies and car manufacturers. On the supply side, we work with car repairers and service companies.</p> <p dir="ltr">Our approach involves crafting and sharing cutting-edge content that positions us as leaders in the field. This is where you come in!</p> <p dir="ltr"><br/></p> <p dir="ltr">Alongside with that you will also:</p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Take ownership of all internal and external communication</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and brand identity</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Create authority- and lead-generation content such as whitepapers, case studies, press releases and blog articles</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and branding</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support Fixico’s international PR efforts</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Manage and optimize our organic social media strategy </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Safeguard and manage internal and external communication guidelines</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ensure high-quality localisation of marketing assets</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support the Business Development team by creating decks, emails, and demo videos</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Manage and optimize Fixico.com</p></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Your strengths consist of…</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive and/or tech industry</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or similar field </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have experience with PR, creating articles and managing PR agencies</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have a native level of English (speaking and writing), knowledge of Dutch, German or/and French language is a plus</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have exceptional writing skills with a strong eye for detail </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are able to meet tight deadlines while consistently delivering quality work</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have a commercial mindset with the ability to understand and articulate business objectives </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You bring high energy and enthusiasm </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are a team player and always ready to help your colleagues</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You like to collaborate with others in an office environment</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are eager to contribute to the overall success of Fixico as a company</p></li></ul> <p dir="ltr">Don’t meet all the requirements?
