Join a dynamic team as a Senior Payroll & Personal Administration Specialist supporting the end-to-end payroll and personnel processes for a leading organization.

You will:

• Manage end-to-end payroll data preparation and ensure calculation accuracy
• Maintain Płatnik and prepare ZUS, PFRON, and GUS reports
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Update payroll systems and support absence calculations (overtime, holidays)
• Take part in HR/payroll-related projects

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in Polish payroll
• Solid knowledge of Płatnik, ZUS, labor law & tax regulations
• Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
• Proficiency in Polish and working knowledge of English
• Proactive and client-focused mindset

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP, Workday
• Previous SSC/BPO experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
