Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shipping and Logistics Technician with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing shipping and logistics activities, coordinating with our partner ISVs, and ensuring the accurate tracking of shipments globally. This position requires US citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping and Receiving: Accurately pull parts, generate shipping labels, and validate shipping manifests to ensure timely and precise shipments.
• Coordination with ISV Partners: Work closely with partner ISVs to validate parts and equipment being shipped, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.
• Global Shipment Tracking: Monitor and coordinate the status of shipments worldwide, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all shipping and logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control and management, ensuring all parts and equipment are accurately logged and accounted for.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably in a technology or systems integrator environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Familiarity with shipping software, logistics management systems, and related tools.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Successful completion of a background check may be required.
• This position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Desired skills:

• Experience with data center equipment provisioning is a plus
• Experience in a Systems Integrator environment, particularly around configuring and installing server and networking hardware.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$77,000—$110,000 USD
