MOVE FORWARD WITH US

Position OverviewResponsible for providing business analysis for systems, software, and business processes supporting assigned business units. Apply functional knowledge to design and customization of workflow systems that provide seamless integration for client/server applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Understands IS business process management and the business requirements of customers and translates them to specific software requirements. 
  • Looks for business opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions to ensure global best practices for consistency and stability. 
  • Makes soft code changes to the software based on issues or user requests. 
  • Assists development team through design, code, test, deployment and support of customer initiatives.
  • Resolves production problems pertaining to the ERP system.
  • Manages the full lifecycle business requirements (initiation, development, review, testing, signoff).
  • Works closely with key business stakeholders from all departments to manage development of business requirements.
  • Develops and executes user training plans.
  • Executes documentation of business requirements, once developed, and assists with technical design.
  • Translates business objectives into documented business and functional spec requirements.
  • Develops test cases in support of designed solution (based on business requirements).
  • Creates documentation for processes and implementations.
  • Gathers and analyzes data for ad hoc IS analysis for senior management decision making as required.
  • Evaluates information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description, and task analysis.
  • Develops, monitors, and maintains databases, spreadsheets, and graphs for management and others as required.
  • Compiles information and creates, maintains, and distributes statistical and business reports to management and supervisors as required.
Request and Change Management
  • Ensures all changes and requests are entered in ServiceNow.
  • Ensures the fulfillment of end user requests for Manufacturing systems. 
  • Ensures changes are completed with proper documentation for SOX compliance.
  • Reviews the forward schedule of changes for potential conflicts. 
  • Coordinates activities with internal auditors and other financial compliance staff to ensure that all systems remain qualified and validated and activities are consistent with corporate standards. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Project Management
  • Participates as a resource on project led by others.
  • Completes assigned project tasks on time and with high quality. 
  • Helps plan and implement Digital Customer Experience systems. 
 Skills & Abilities
  • Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization. 
  • Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion with business information.
  • Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Writes routine reports and correspondence.
  • Utilizes common-sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
  • Deals with problems involving several known variables in situations of routine nature.
  • Plans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of op
