SR PROJECT MANAGER AND SCRUM MASTER

DURATION: 6+ MONTHS CONTRACT

LOCATION: DEERFIELD BEACH, FL HYBRID (3/2)

What Client Needs

• Need someone with drive and assertive and ready
• Definitely P.M. Certified Scrum Master Certified

• It’s a very, very super Senior Season Project Manager Scrum Master.
• They must have an active PMP that we verify and they must use as your boards as your ops.
• But it’s a 50-50 combination between Scrum, Master and Senior PM. Corporate systems.
• I want somebody that’s assertive that’s a driver that can connect teams that gets to the meat of the matter.
• Doesn’t wait for instruction and doesn’t get lost in the weeds.

Required Certifications (Non-Negotiable):

1. Active PMP Certification (must be verifiable)
2. Scrum Master Certification

Candidate Profile Overview

1. Extremely senior-level Project Manager / Scrum Master (true 50/50 blend)
2. Assertive, driven leader who connects teams, cuts through noise, and elevates discussions
3. Self-starter who does not wait for direction and avoids getting stuck in the weeds
4. Strong command of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (must be a true PM, not title-only)

Key Experience Requirements

1. Corporate Systems Project Experience
2. Microsoft Ecosystem
3. Application and Data Cloud Migrations
4. Azure
5. Large-Scale, Senior-level budget ownership
6. 15+ years of Experience
7. Experience with complex Financial Systems strongly preferred

Additional Notes

1. Culture fit is critical—JM has high expectations and is very direct
2. Projects typically run 3+ years
