This position serves as the Office Automation Senior Architect performing complex professional and advisory functions including architecting, governing, planning, designing, documenting, deploying, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting development of State of Illinois websites, currently using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, as well as other products and services under the OAS realm, for enterprise level customers. In this role you will serve as a project lead administering and monitoring the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform delivery to ensure the operational health of the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform environment including availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability, as well as other products under the OAS realm. In addition, you will serve as primary support for scheduled and remedial maintenance and assist in architecting and coordinating project components such as project scheduling and assignments for complex projects including the planning of technical considerations.
