Job Description
The Director, Global Cyber Security Market Engagement role is a senior position supporting the LATAM business unit with the adoption, implementation, and value realisation of Global Cyber Security services, while supporting markets in achieving the avoidance and remediation of cyber risks and embedding a culture of cyber security resilience across the organisation.
The role will be a part of the Global Technology function within the Global Cyber Security team, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Cyber Security Market Engagement (IDL).
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of a highly effective cyber security engagement and deployment program for McDonald's LATAM BU segment and markets.
- Manage work allocation and resource planning, setting clear priorities to achieve team goals.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with segment and market technology teams resulting in alignment on technology and business priorities as they relate to cyber security.
- Drive the timely adoption of standard Global Cyber Security capabilities and services across the LATAM BU markets.
- Align market needs, plans, and commitments with Global Cyber Security priorities.
- Leverage opportunities such as annual market planning to gain commitment on adoption of Global Cyber Security capabilities.
- Support the effective integration of governance, risk management and compliance processes into market ways of working.
- Promote and implement processes to identify, track, report on and mitigate/remediate market cyber risks and cyber security compliance.
- Be an advocate for our cybersecurity program and an ambassador to our market partners in the execution of our strategy.
- Provide guidance on cybersecurity issues and lead critical decision-making processes to ensure the continued execution of our strategy.
- Communicate market needs with Global Cyber Security Market Engagement leaders to ensure our cyber security capabilities can be deployed and operated in an effective way to benefit markets.
- Foster effective communication with collaborators throughout the organization, promoting a culture of cybersecurity resilience and awareness across all functions.
- Ensure global, segment and market understanding of roles and responsibilities regarding the cyber incident management process.

The expected salary range for this role is $168,350 - $218,860 per year

Qualifications
An individual fulfilling this role will be passionate about and demonstrate success in:
- 10+ year experience in cybersecurity, information security or risk management roles
- 5+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and influencing stakeholders
- Working with people across a global organisation
- Managing and developing successful teams
- Building strong relationships with and influencing leadership, stakeholders and partners
- Evolving and modernising technologies and services to align with business priorities
- Applying a proactive and strategic approach to implementing technology services
