Provides the Dogfish experience to all guests by providing superior service, serving delicious food and drink, and imparting a heap of brand knowledge. Serves responsibly: observes and manages guests’ enjoyment of alcohol while in our company. What You'll Brew:
- Provides timely service that enhances guests’ experience
- Takes food/beverage orders and keys them into IPAD and sends to kitchen/bar
- Collects order from kitchen/bar, places on trays, and serves to patrons
- Computes bill and accepts payments using Square Up for restaurants POS system off IPAD mini
- Requests proper identification from customers when legal drinking age is questioned
- Removes empty or dirty glasses, plates, and bottles/cans and returns them to bar or kitchen
- Performs daily/nightly side work duties assigned by direct manager
- Suggestively sell beer/food items to customers
- Experience in a fast paced restaurant environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience as a server or food/beer runner in a Tap Room desired
- Certified Beer Server or willingness to complete certification
In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $4.25 per hour. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for tips received during the worked shift.
