Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in managing complex, cross-functional technology programs. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that support our Oracle Finance and Supply Chain platforms.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement program management standards, tools, and best practices.
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale tech initiatives using agile methodologies.
• Drive governance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Track program progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Finance and/or Supply Chain systems is a plus.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) is a plus. 
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
