Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager PAS-X to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and optimization projects for our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PAS-X MES projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools and methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff, clients, and vendors, to ensure successful project completion
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycle
• Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing processes and customize PAS-X solutions to meet their specific needs
• Oversee system testing, validation, and documentation processes
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for client teams on PAS-X functionalities
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
• Proven experience with PAS-X implementation and/or optimization projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and its applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Excellent skills in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• PAS-X certification or training preferred
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory compliance
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel as required for project implementation and client meetings
