The primary responsibility of this position is establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and provide highly visible customer support and technical insight while promoting HEN products and services to steel customers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan an effective sales service visitation program to customers and potential new customers, to attain increases in market share and bottom-line profitability and assist in equipment trials, start-up and or troubleshooting at existing and new customers.
• Respond to all customer calls in a timely manner and be aware and submit new business proposals to the Sales Manager for review and approval as the opportunities arise.
• Plan and conduct demos and or trials at customer sites for the introduction of new and/or improved products. Write reports and provide copies to the Sales Manager and the customer.
• Evaluate, track and maintain effective inventory levels at all customer sites, where access to inventory is permitted by the customer.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer Purchase Orders are correct and submitted on a timely basis.
