Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Consultant to support a high-impact Chief of Staff team within a global marketing organization. This role operates at the intersection of executive strategy, program management, and leadership communications. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, expert communicator, and operational leader with experience navigating complex, matrixed enterprise environments.About the Team:
The Chief of Staff function is responsible for driving strategic alignment, optimizing business operations, and enabling executive-level decision-making across a large-scale, cross-functional marketing organization. The consultant will support critical initiatives, own high-level communications, and collaborate directly with senior leadership to execute on business priorities.Executive Communications Strategy
  • Strategic Content Creation: Develop executive-level presentations, strategic briefs, internal communications, and thought leadership content tailored for senior stakeholders.
    Narrative & Messaging Development: Craft and refine messaging that aligns with organizational priorities, brand standards, and executive tone. Ensure clarity, cohesion, and influence across all materials.
  • Research & Insight Generation: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform communication strategies and contextualize complex business narratives.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a communications liaison, ensuring seamless information flow and consistency across teams and leadership forums.

Program & Operations Management
  • Initiative Oversight: Monitor and manage progress on cross-functional strategic initiatives. Identify risks, drive accountability, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Evaluate current workflows and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration.
    Reporting & Synthesis: Build executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and performance summaries that provide visibility into initiative health and business outcomes.
  • Executive Engagement Support: Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and logistical materials in support of high-stakes leadership meetings and business reviews.
  • Event Strategy & Execution: Lead planning and logistics for internal summits and leadership events. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • 7+ years in strategic communications, marketing operations, or Chief of Staff-like roles within large enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and navigating enterprise-level decision-making processes.
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, global organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing compelling executive narratives and communications.
  • Strong program leadership skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, influence cross-functionally, and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in workplace collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
