- Strategic Content Creation: Develop executive-level presentations, strategic briefs, internal communications, and thought leadership content tailored for senior stakeholders.
Narrative & Messaging Development: Craft and refine messaging that aligns with organizational priorities, brand standards, and executive tone. Ensure clarity, cohesion, and influence across all materials. - Research & Insight Generation: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform communication strategies and contextualize complex business narratives.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a communications liaison, ensuring seamless information flow and consistency across teams and leadership forums.
- Initiative Oversight: Monitor and manage progress on cross-functional strategic initiatives. Identify risks, drive accountability, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Process Design & Optimization: Evaluate current workflows and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration.
Reporting & Synthesis: Build executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and performance summaries that provide visibility into initiative health and business outcomes. - Executive Engagement Support: Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and logistical materials in support of high-stakes leadership meetings and business reviews.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Lead planning and logistics for internal summits and leadership events. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) preferred.
- 7+ years in strategic communications, marketing operations, or Chief of Staff-like roles within large enterprise or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and navigating enterprise-level decision-making processes.
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, global organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing compelling executive narratives and communications.
- Strong program leadership skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, influence cross-functionally, and deliver results.
- Proficiency in workplace collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
