Join Our Team as a Recruiter at Revamped Security!

Revamped Security, one of the fastest-growing ADT Authorized Dealers in the country, is expanding! We're looking to add 1 dynamic Recruiter to our team to help drive our rapid growth by recruiting top talent across all positions.

What You’ll Do:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage and utilize hundreds of weekly applications to find top candidates.
• Screen, Call, and Interview: Identify and interview applicants that meet job requirements.
• Maintain Employee Records: Ensure compliance with legislative and corporate policies.
• Update Job Descriptions: Keep job requirements and descriptions up to date.
• Support Consistent HR Practices: Help ensure clear interpretation of policies and legislation.
• Foster Culture: Promote a culture of responsiveness, innovation, diversity, and excellence.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Regularly review candidates, discuss hiring strategies, and assess future needs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing and building relationships.
• Sales experience is a plus!

Job Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Pay: $20/Hour + bonuses and commission opportunities
• Paid Weekly
