You will serve as a liaison between outside vendors and our Faculty Practice Group. This will involve coordinating Faculty Practice Group office administrative needs, including overseeing large equipment upgrades, assuring facilities/equipment are at current revision levels, and ensuring an acceptable level of performance/access to facilities, equipment, and operating systems. You will:

  • Work closely with ISS regional service delivery and the UCLA Health IT department
  • Coordinate new equipment and furniture for department office space
  • Research, analyze, select, implement, and maintain vendor-related services
  • Interface with executive-level management
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality 

The position requires weekly travel to all locations to analyze space functionality, access, and safety, as well as performing special projects.


Salary Range: $32.20 - $51.36 Hourly

We’re seeking a self-motivated, adaptable, goal-driven leader with:

  • Three to five years of directly related experience
  • Expertise in logistics and planning
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritizing abilities
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to establish and maintain filing systems
  • Ability to set up, use and troubleshoot office equipment
  • Ability to use the internet as a tool for research and communication
  • Knowledge of University structure and policies
  • Ability to sensitively handle difficult situations
  • Excellent typing and 10-key skills
  • Ability to travel to different sites weekly
