Senior Specialist, HR Program Management (GBSC-Communication and Engagement)

Overview
The Global Business Services Center (GBSC) is looking for a Senior Specialist to drive communications and engagement with our programs, services, and technology. You will interact with employees from all Mastercard functions and locations. The ideal candidate has
• An ability to facilitate change with elegant design and crisp communications
• Experience developing training materials for processes and systems
• A passion for employee experience and making things easier

Role
In this role, you will:
• Develop and deliver self-service and webinar-based training, in collaboration with subject matter experts, for internal and external audiences
• Create messages and campaigns to engage people in GBSC initiatives and to adopt new ways of working
• Write, film, edit, and guide production of content for multi-platform internal communications vehicles (e.g., corporate intranet, newsletters, videos, blogs, email announcements, webcasts)
• Independently develop content using a clear and concise writing style that is appropriate for the audience
• Create infographics and other visual communications materials to tell a compelling story

The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Experience designing and implementing training using multiple platforms
• Effective communication skills, both in written and verbal form, with the ability to translate the complex into clear and relatable stories that inspire change
• Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn new systems
• Creative and process-oriented mind
• Knowledge of user experience principals & best practices
