<p><b>MANTECH</b> seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented<b> Senior Logistician</b> to join our vehicle sustainment team in<b> Kindsbach, Germany.</b> The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program and will support our U.S. Air Force contracts by ensuring the operational readiness of pre-positioned WRM, focusing on preventive maintenance, serviceability, and availability of critical medical materiel established by the Air Force, enabling rapid response during contingency operations.</p><p></p><p><i>*Important Note*: Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their Visa. Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract. If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system. </i></p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Performs preventive maintenance on War Reserve Materiel (WRM) assemblages and logistics support to critical WRM to ensure operational readiness per AFMAN 41-209 standards.</p></li><li><p>Conducts regular serviceability inspections of WRM assets, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain full functionality, and periodic inventories using DMLSS (monitoring and updating WRM inventory records, ensuring accurate tracking of serviceable materiel).</p></li><li><p>Manages the shelf-life extension programs (SLEP) for WRM, tracking expiration dates and coordinating replenishment of dated items as directed by Air Force protocols.</p></li><li><p>Prepares and palletizes WRM for deployment readiness, adhering to Air Force handling and storage guidelines for temperature-sensitive and controlled items, maintaining secure storage environments for WRM (implementing access controls and coordinating with security personnel to safeguard assets).</p></li><li><p>Briefs customers on WRM maintenance status, highlighting readiness and any limiting factors (LIMFAC) affecting availability, and collaborates with Air Force stakeholders to support rapid outload and reconstitution of WRM post-deployment, restoring readiness as required.</p></li><li><p>Trains and supervises logistics personnel on WRM
