About the Role 

In this role you will help drive the future of multi-user and premium products with the Premium Customer Experiences (PCE team). Our team is on a mission to craft seamless, intelligent and delightful experiences for our Multi-User and Premium customers. You’ll be joining a close-knit, high-impact team that thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and user-centric thinking. You’ll work on experiences that touch a wide variety of platforms and teams across the company, giving you a unique view into how each of these things connect. 

The PCE team is looking for a Senior Associate, Product Management to deliver on our Multi-User strategy and help shape our long term roadmap. Additionally, you’ll help craft our CX strategy for our current and future Premium card customers. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Product Management to blend customer insights, data, and product strategy to help define our long term vision, then execute a premium customer experience that meets user needs.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative and have a passion for solving problems. You will leverage your understanding of the business and technology to find creative and targeted solutions for our customers, as you develop new capabilities and optimize existing ones. You’ll need to be equally comfortable navigating development with our tech partners as you are communicating user experience, operational fulfillment, and risk with our business partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours
