- The hourly equivalent for this position is $26.82 - $41.61. [OR the annual salary for this position is $55,788 - $86,544.]

- In this job profile, we offer candidates new to OJD up to the third step of the salary range, depending on experience. You are potentially eligible for a 5% annual increase.

The Multnomah County Circuit Court is hiring a Family Law/Probate Clerk (Court Operations Specialist).
In this role…
You will assist the public with Family Law and Probate matters at the counter, phone, and via email. Explain court procedures to the public, attorneys, and others. Assist with operating public computer terminals. You will also review forms for completeness including signatures, certify copies, and direct customers to the appropriate courtroom. Organize, schedule, and re-schedule (if needed) the most critical and complex court dockets and other appearances among multiple parties.
