Fleet Operations Analyst

TechOp Solutions International, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks a Fleet Operations Analyst. As a Fleet Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing fleet performance by analyzing data related to vehicle operations, maintenance, fuel consumption, and other related metrics. You will work collaboratively with management to develop strategies to improve fleet operations, reduce costs, and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and prioritize actions.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to identify and solve fleet-related problems and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DOT, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and tracking repairs.
• Monitor fuel purchases and consumption to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Provide regular fleet status reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or related field.
• Solid understanding of fleet management best practices, DOT regulations, and EPA regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing fleet data and developing strategies to improve operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with fleet management software systems.
