Annealer

We are seeking an Annealer to join our team at Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division in New Castle, PA.  Flowline is a proud manufacture of butt weld pipe fittings, ranging from ½” to 24” in diameter.  We are a 24/7 manufacturing company who delivers product worldwide.  Our history, knowledge, expertise, and service levels are unmatched. 

The Annealer is a vital part of our manufacturing team.  This role controls the furnace temperatures to relieve internal stresses in metal objects and to soften and refine grain structure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

• Reads production schedule to determine processing sequence and furnace temperatures for objects to be processed.
• Turn furnace controls and observes gauges to prepare furnace for annealing process.
• Charges objects directly onto furnace bed, or packs objects into section of furnace or tubes sealed with clay to prevent oxidation.
• Reduces heat and allows objects to cool in furnace or removes objects from furnace to cool in open air.
• Records data from each melt on form.
• Operates forklift.

Work Schedule:

• Full time, 40 hours per week, normal shift will be dayshift 7am - 5pm Monday-Thursday/Tuesday-Friday alternating schedules.
  • Training may occur on other shifts
• Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfill customer delivery expectations

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred

Pay:

• $16.40/hour
