Senior Director – Residential, Community Living & Day Services

📍 Location: Warsaw, IN
💼 Type: Full-Time, Exempt
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (occasional nights & weekends)
💰 Salary: $75,000 – $115,000 (commensurate with experience)

Cardinal Services is seeking a strategic and compassionate leader to serve as Senior Director overseeing Residential, Community Living, and Day Services for adults with disabilities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference while bringing leadership, innovation, and operational excellence to person-centered programs.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead program operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency

• Oversee budgets, regulatory compliance, and reporting

• Identify and implement innovative services

• Support organizational strategic planning and goal achievement

• Build and maintain strong community and stakeholder partnerships

• Supervise and mentor a dynamic team

• Serve as the organization’s HIPAA Privacy Officer

• Represent the agency within professional networks and community initiatives

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years of supervisory experience (direct service preferred)

• Understanding of Medicaid Waiver and group home services (preferred)

• Strong skills in leadership, communication, and strategic planning

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and travel locally as needed
