Job Description
Curinos is currently seeking a Relationship Manager to support their top tier clients. The ideal candidate is passionate to network and build deep client relationships, strengthening partnerships by focusing on exceptional client experience and linking value to the clients’ needs.
The Relationship Manager is actively involved in maximizing the lifetime client value with Curinos’ top tier clients. The Relationship Manager will partner with the Client Manager in retaining client partnerships and expanding the client wallet share across all Curinos solutions and services. In this role, the Relationship Manager will develop and maintain relationships with mid-level leaders within the assigned territory. The individual will be responsible for ensuring Curinos delivers a high-quality ‘Client-Centric’ experience to the assigned high-value clients while partnering with the Senior Client Manager to develop an account-based strategy for revenue growth.
You will have the ability to:
- Provide input into the Client Manager’s account plans and opportunity strategies
- Execute and manage relevant portions of the account plan under the guidance of the Client Manager
- Invest time in strengthening existing client relationships
- Participate in reviews and provides educated and relevant perspectives
- Respond to and deliver on client requests and/or engages the Client Manager
- Contribute to Request for Proposal responses
- Plan and execute discovery calls, sales presentations, etc.
- Leverage strategic alliances within assigned book of business and mapping out organizational structures and identifying key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities at the mid-level or higher and strategizes best approach with the Client Manager
- Engage the relevant Curinos teams and Buying Centers to help promote Curinos solutions and expand client wallet share
- Assist in handling escalations and risks related to the assigned account
- Participate on internal or client-facing business review presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing sales or relationship management roles within the financial services industry
- Ability to network and build deep client relationships, strengthening partnerships by focusing on exceptional client experience and linking value to the clients’ needs
- Excellent problem-solving, business communication (written & oral), and client management skills are essential; able to leverage a consultative approach to engaging with clients
- Passionate about strengthening and nurturing existing client relationships
- Comfortable engaging mid-level to senior-level executives within an organization
- Experienced working independently and collaboratively across the organization
- Skilled at conflict/issue resolution, strategic and critical thinking, and ownership
- Ability to visualize and execute strategically across the client organization
- Self-starter, goals-driven team player who thrives in a high-pressure environment and seeks to perform beyond expectations
Base Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 plus commission.
