Requirements

As our chosen Groundskeeper, every day you will perform property landscaping, groundskeeping, maintenance and assisting the property manager with various property projects. Park Trace (169 Units) is a beautiful 64+ tax credit, affordable community in Decatur, GA and we want YOU to be our Groundskeeper!

Day to Day:

• Vacuum, sweep, clean toilets, take out the trash, scrub the floors, disinfect hallways, community room, and leasing office
• Sweeps and blows off all sidewalks, walkways, parking areas, garages, and dumpster areas using a leaf blower, or power-washer
• Cleaning bathrooms and common area floors,
• Picking up trash from the grounds
• Report to management and maintenance repair needs and supply requests
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time

Benefits
