The 12-month contract period is positioned as a "mutual evaluation period." In this role as a Data Center Engineer, you will be responsible for the on-site management of hardware lifecycle of our IT infrastructure that includes:

● Meet customer service level agreements by resolving problems, and be the first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.

● Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and to discuss achieving daily/weekly goals.
